Would be nice to have Maintenance Windows that applied to an alert contact so that different contacts would get alerts during different time frames.
For example, only getting texts during the day and only getting emails at night.

Hi @Maxs, thanks for the suggestion. So you would like something like “working hours” scheduler for each alert contact?
Currently we are working on Sub-users. So I assume you would like to have custom schedule for each sub-user, right?
@Frantisek That would also be nice to have. Is the plan to make sub users inheret all alert contacts or will they get to make all their own?

@Maxs Each subuser will have own email, sms, voice-call and email-to-sms alert contacts. Beside these, they can use 3rd party integrations and webhooks.
