The possibility to alert specific customer monitors only at specific times based on their SLA. At the moment this only can be achieved with Maintenance Windows which feel a bit hacky + there is no way to look back in time to see since when a specific monitor is down.

I am not entirely sure if that is exactly what I need.
I want the possibility to alert contact A for monitor X only during office hours while contact A is still alerted by monitor Y during the night. While we still have the possibility to look back at when a server crashed last night (we had a usecase where a server was down in the weekends but we could not look back into the exact time of downtime). This because we are using the maintenance windows which are not meant for these kind of things :)
