Sort monitors via dragging#93

The ability to sort monitors by hand (instead of them being hardcoded to A-Z) would be nice, especially now since there’s no support for monitor groups (yet, hopefully?).

I’m surprised that this isn’t a feature already, let alone not being suggested here, as it is basic functionality…

Both, but primarily on the status page as that’s where the order matters for the most part.
