Custom messages or webhooks#898

It would be great to allow for custom subjects for the “alarm resolved” and “alarm triggered” with some parameters hinted with brackets {}.

A real world example is: We are sending hearbeats as long as one of our servers have at least 95% space avilable, when 95% is hit, it will stop sending heartbeats.

Another solution would be to have inverted heartbeats, AKA webhooks, where we can toggle the status “on/off” together with custom params.
