Ability to customize webhooks (Discord)#668

I would like the ability to customize the webhook for uptime status changes. Currently the IP address is sent along, but since this is not for customers, I can’t post the webhooks publicly in our Discord status channel.

Customizing the message or even embedding it would be a nice improvement for this feature. https://discord.com/developers/docs/resources/webhook

If that’s not possible, at least a button to disable sending with IP/hostname. That would be really useful.
