Hide URL in notifications (Discord and others)#41

I have been playing with the Discord bot functionality to tell my users when the Minecraft server is up or down using HTTP HeartBeat. The messages seem to include the URL and if using HTTP HeartBeat it revels the HeartBeat ID which is not necessarily optimal.

It would be super nice to be able to modify what the Discord and possibly other contacts send. Maybe an option to hide the URL/ID similarly to how we can tell the status pages to hide that information.

I agree, the Discord integration is quite minimal at the moment and can expose backend IP addresses. The only alternative is setting up a custom webhook which is more limited, but can also be customised better.

It’d be great with a few options such as embeds and colours. Might be worth some sort of webhook-like JSON post but with replace tokens for the values.
