Provide the Option for a Bar or ms Chart#473

Currently it seems for Ping Monitors the Bar Graph is the only Visual Option for Status pages. This is misleading when the last Bar is RED and the Status is “Operstional”. In the account dashboard, the ms Chart show high latency as the reason there is an issue, even though the location is still considered Operational.
