Response time threshold alert#113

A monitor for when average response time reaches a certain threshold or perhaps when the response time has been over a threshold for a certain number of minutes.

We really need this at our company. If the site goes down for 1 minute. We are not too worried because that could have been a deployment occuring with our CI/CD process.. However if it is down for two consecutive requests then we need to notify our team to check the servers. But right now there is just a bunch fo noise.

This would be amazing for those pesky services that take more than a minute to restart and come back online…

We could really use this. Knowing when a connection has latency is really important for us.

When a Site is reported as “Down” but it is not just has very high latency would be nice to get an alert the site’s latency is to high, like over 500ms

This just makes sense. UptimeRobot already has the response time data - the ability to set thresholds is a no-brainer.

This is the last piece of functionality that we need in UR to shutdown our old monitoring solution. (the latency alerting)

It needs a coupleof enhancements, one of which will likely arrive later.

  1. Needs a threshold of X-ms over X-time before triggering. Maybe that’s X-number of checks or something…
  2. Mobile app doesn’t alert on response time yet.
