Ping tool for Ipsec VPN´s#287

UpTime Robot is almost perfect, it do exactly our Zabbix do except ping and report our VPNS like Zabbix Server do using Zabbix agent installed in remote servers.
So my suggestion to developers is a executable tool that i can put it directly inside any server pinging another peer and reporting to my main page.
