This is something I would also like, thanks!

For instance this morning it’s my authentication pipeline that failed, and no probe was able to catch that. If I wanted to be honest with my customers I would create an incident manually for that. That would be a gamechanger feature for us.

I would love to be able to add my own incident using the API. This would allow me to have automated e2e tests in production and mark components as down and back up again.

Has this made any progress, This is valuable to ensure customers have accurate uptime numbers

I would love to use this service, but being able to create and edit incidents is a must-have. its not possible to monitor every aspect of an API and if just one call is broken, I still need to cimmunicate this to my customers

Same here, I think it is crucial

I need to be able to add incidents that show against uptime or i will have to switch providers. The platform can not detect when a system is only partially available easily from a customers perspective. Such as client cant login.

+1 from me on this one; and for the same reason that I also had a case where the API was responding but the business logic meant it was effectively down

Would be a game changer to add this for partial incidents where site is still reported as up.
