Custom Emails#244

Hi. We’d really like the ability to have custom emails, with our own branding in the email (signature, headers, etc.), email address with our domain as the sender (or ability to mask as a noreply@ourdomain.com), etc. if possible. To start, if we have the ability to hide Uptime branding and the sender be just our domain or something that doesn’t tie back to uptimerobot, that would be great since our alerts currently go to customers, ISPs, etc. when a monitor is down. We monitor static IPs of locations, and we let the customer know when a site is down, as well as send an alert to the ISP as well, which auto opens a ticket automatically. If we could have the alert emails customized, and email sender be our own domain, we can further automate the process of alerting and auto opening tickets with the ISP.
