Extra public monitor-name for status page#956

Internally I need technical names like “production scheduler hourly”. But thats nothing I can show our customers. They should see “dataprocessing” or something like this. But thats a bad name for our operations team.

Would be perfect to have 2 name fields: public and internal.

I just found the tags-feature in the new UI: if tags are displayed in the internal dashboard we could use always user-friendly names and make internal stuff with tags.
