Allow us to post messages/banners on the Status Page#910

We want the ability to add updates to our status page. For example, if a service goes down, we want to be able to add a notice on the status page of the time it went down (this could be automatic or manual). And then the ability to add manual messages when we start investigating, any updates on the process, etc. So that users can see when it went down, see that we’re working on it, and then see when it’s restored. Whether or not a certain process is “Up” or “Down” at a given moment is the minimum information; we really need the ability to add more.

Hi there. Currently, you can use “announcements” feature for this to manually create and announcement for Status page.
