Allow longer intervals for "notify every"#880

We have a low-priority monitor which notifies our slack, and we notify every to make sure we don’t miss/forget if there are also a lot of alerts from other sources. However every 60 minutes is a lot, it would be nice if it was possible to also have it for every 2/3/4/6/12/24 hours
