Delay keyword detection until after initial page load.#791

Not all web pages load all content immediately. For instance it may take a few milliseconds for javascripts to load certain content on a portion of the page. The keyword being looked for may not be in the html content until after a few moments and it would be good to be able to set a delay of perhaps one second before a keyword is searched in the html content.
