Separate SSL and Domain expiration checkbox on alert contact#769

Alert contacts already had an enable/disable checkbox available for SSL Expiration notifications when BETA feature Domain Expiration notifications was introduced.

The checkbox was modified to encompass both SSL and Domain expirations.

It would be nice if it was separated into two different checkboxes. There are a lot of use cases where we want to know about SSL expirations but aren’t concerned with domain expirations.

For example:
LetsEncrypt recommends auto renewing your SSL every 60d. They will still be valid for 30d at that point. If the SSL fails to renew we would want to know.

GoDaddy domain renewal happens the day of the expiration. We need a notification if the domain is expired but we don’t need a notification if the domain is expiring soon.
