Stop / snooze alert notifications after acknowledging the incident#754

When we have set to alert every 1 min, it will keep notyfing every 1 min until the issue is resolved. Not helpful to keep getting notifications every 1 min while we are trying to resolve the issues.

There should be a way to stop notifying after the incident is acknowledged in the UptimeRobot.

So it will keep to notify every minute that the site is down BUT only until the incident is acknowledged. This way it keeps all monitoring statistics too.
