Comments to be presented in status page#746

so basically, today we have an incident happen to this device (eg device1)
therefore we would like to amend additional comments to this incident
after added the comment we sit back and wait…. but seems like the comment section does not showed up.
checked with Goran Stranjgar, at this moment did not have this feature
