Display read and connect timeouts as different types of error#696

Hello! We have a problem separating two kind of errors in uptimerobot: connection timeout and read timeout. Uptimerobot every timeout errors interpret as “connection timeout”, even when connect was establish. This errors causes by difference situations: one tell us that we have a problem with network delivery, otherwise about we have only service response problem.

There is two kind of errors, which we want to investigate different methods. Could you display on site two types of timeouts as different errors?
