Add logic (parent/child) options for monitors#671

Hi,

Not sure how to best describe this, but it would be great to have the ability to add logic to the monitors, for example, we have a number of hosts (physical servers) that are monitored but also services that run on these hosts.

If welose a phyisical host, we get notified for both the host and of course all the services running on this host.

It would be great to be able to add some logic or some kind of parent/child options to monitors to say “if host=down then dont alert for these services that are running on that host”
