Add an option to have a simple delay before checking for keyword on the page#650

As some of our pages load, some content is still being built. It is becoming mandatory for us to be able to check for keywords that are loaded after the initial content is loaded. I believe a simple delay in checking for the keyword would be sufficient.

Hi @Phil Kanaby, thank you for your suggestion. To make it work as you described we need to fetch the dynamic content first. Currently we don’t support this so your suggested “delay” would not work here.
