Set default Team#630

When i open my dashboard, i should be able to set what team automatically opens.

This should work for both webui and mobie app. And It will be better to have “Leave Team” button.

Surprised such a simple and impactful change is sitting unresponded for a year. This is a big +1 for me so that I don’t have to explain the poor UI behavior to my team as I add them or as they forget to change teams after logging in.

The lack of the feature also makes the mobile app next to useless. All my monitors are in a shared team, not the default empty team created for my account. Yet when I receive a push notification from a monitor on my phone, the app starts in my empty personal team and can’t show the notification. It’s astoundingly that you can’t make a simple change such as setting your default team.

honestly, to get around this lack of feature, we moved away from using the team fuction entirely. our entire team shares the login to the primary account.

Sorry this i business critical if a company pays UptimeRobot for their staffers and every time the login the see an empty “Your team” asking for payment instead the company team!

The bigger business case of such UptimeRobots team is not freelancers getting adding to multi-tenancy clients. But an enterprise is paying for their staffers user login to directly see the company monitoring!

Please plan a fix to this! Either making the team switcher choice persistent over logins or by allowing a user to set their default team instead this empty and useless “Your team”.
