Client Certificates#604

For clients that need to connect to hosts that require mutual authentication using SSL Client Certificates it is currently impossible to make requests to them.

This would involve the ability to upload client certificates to a monitor, so that whe the HTTP request was made the certificate would be included in the request, allowing the host to accept the connection.

Currently this throws an SSL error in the monitor.
