Add “admin” role for sub-users. This role would include:
- possibility to manage alert contacts in monitors even for other users in team, not just for the specific user
- possibility to manage team and its members, like inviting them, managing their roles and removing them from organization
- possibility to manage subscription, upgrade, downgrade a plan and buygin sms/voice call credits
