Increate monitor timeout#579

Currently the monitoring is limited to 1 minute. Would be great if it would be possible to increase timeout monitoring time to atleast 3 minutes or more.

Thanks for considering this feature.

This would be amazing for those pesky services that take more than a minute to restart and come back online…
