Allow adding Monitors to Maintenance windows - would be more efficient#567

Currently, a Monitor can be added to a Maintenance Window only from within each Monitor’s “Edit” screen. This is very time consuming when multiple Monitors are reporting on Applications/Sites affected by a maintenance on the whole infrastructure.

Like with Status Pages: please allow to add all affected Monitors for a Maintenance Window FROM THE Maintenance Window-Edit screen.
