Integration with Jira & OpsGenie#497

Integrating with Jira Server / Cloud and OpsGenie would be extremely helpful for those of us using Atlassian’s product suite.

FYI this is achievable with a webhook integration

It’s probably a good idea to separate this idea in to two distinct ideas to reduce and simplify the scope - one for JIRA and one for OpsGenie.
