More frequent SSL checking#465

Would like SSL certificate checks to happen MUCH more freqently than once every 24 hours.

Need to monitor a server that sometimes fails to restart nginx after a LetsEncrypt certificate is updated. Thus the “published cert” can become expired until nginx is restarted.

Would like to know that as soon as possible rather than “within a day” of the occurrence.
