Rename friendly names per Status Page itself#461

I like to name my monitors by url, so like website.com or api.website.com.
But I would like to change that name in de Status Page itself.

For example I have combined 3 monitors in one Status Page specifically for one mobile app. So for my app users it would be nice to see monitors named API, Website, ect… instead of api.website.com and website.com.

Hi @Info, you can set the friendly name at monitor detial. Do you want to set it specificaly for status page only?

@Frantisek Yes because in the overview list/dashboard list (the list with all your monitors) it’s easier to name them something like the url you’re monitoring. But for the status page, what will be visible to the client, it’s better to name for example ‘api.example.com’ just ‘API’. But if I would do that in the monitor detail like you said I won’t know wich monitor named ‘API’ is wich, since I have multiple API’s i’m monitoring.
