Disable email confirmation with API when creating new alert contacts#43

Through API, you can add a new alert contacts with newAlertContact method. However, it would be great to have a disable email confirmation feature in scenarios where we have already confirmed that the email/identity are valid. Since we are providing the email, not the user, we should take responsibility for confirming it ahead of time.
