Matrix integration#39

I would love to have a matrix integration for this service (with the same behaviour as slack or discord for example). There are already open-source bots available like go-neb: https://github.com/matrix-org/go-neb which could be used.

I think that because element.io (a client for matrix) acquired gitter (a chat and networking service for developers), that the amount of developers using matrix will grow rapidly.

The company I work for uses Matrix for its corporate chat
