Alerts (Notifications) According to Day of the Week, and Time of Day#374

If our heartbeat monitor on one of our servers goes off line, we’d like to determine how we’re notified, according to the day of the week and time of day. For example, if a non-critical server goes off line on on Sunday, we don’t need notified unless it’s still off line Monday morning.

Our example:

We raise a call-out in our system after 15 minutes e.g. incase a website comes back on it’s own and we don’t wake someone up for nothing.

However, we would want to be able to set “working hours” where we could have this alert straight away. Happy to move this into a separate suggestion if needed
