Anomoly Removal / False Positive Removal / Labelling#340

Allow a single downtime anomoly to be ‘ignored’ or ‘hidden’ so that uptime is not effected by UPR false positives so that uptime is CORRECTLY available in the panel.

Having a single 1 minute downtime in 10-20,000 hours stuffs up the current uptime clock, especially when the system was found to be up at the time of the false positve.

So allowing the removal / relabelling of false positives (aka single 1 minute alarm) should be allowed to be audited and found false positive ‘status’ allowing uptime clock to CONTINUE since last downtime (or start of tracking)
