As an MSP, it would be nice to be able to have integration with our ticketing system, minimally to open and close tickets as outages happen and restore.
This would be a huge improvement over emailing into ConnectWise as there is no way to Auto-Resolve from a separate email.

Would like this. For the time being we are using the email connector parsing feature to associate the DOWN emails with a specific client. This way we can use a workflow rule to automatically change the status of the email to “New” and get the client a notification.
This would be extremely helpful.
