Telegram Integration Not Clear#1664

Hi, the telegram integration is not very clear
I invited the bot then executed
/start@itrinity_ur_bot <ID>
The bot then messaged that the integration is complete.

But apparently it was not integrated. I had to then do
/help
then again run the
/start@itrinity_ur_bot <ID>

only then did the notifications started coming in
