Publish CAA records on stats.uptimerobot.com#1658

As the current setup requires us to CNAME our domain to stats.uptimerobot.com, the CAA lookup follows the CNAMES to e.g psp-lb2.uptimerobot.com.

That means it doesn’t work out of the box, and we cant add the record on subdomain level, cause of the CNAME.

That leaves adding it top level, which kinda breaks with our existing CAA policy, and widens the security of CAA for our entire domain to include letsencrypt, which really would be the one we’d like to explictly exclude.

As far as I’m aware, and understand the standard, publishing CNAME records on the psp-lb2.uptimerobot.com level should propagate through the CNAME to our custom domain, and not require us to change the setting.
