View Request/Response Logs#1652

Similar to https://uptimerobot.nolt.io/531, it would be incredibly helpful to be able to view request/response logs, even if it’s a heavily sampled subset or with a fairly short retention window.

We can currently see a single request and response during an incident, but it can also be helpful to see requests/responses during normal activity to compare to. It could even be added to the incident details of [sample before incident] -> [sample during incident] -> [sample after incident], but just having a table we could click through to see logs would be great.
