Status badges for status pages#1643

Add a status badge that links to a public status page. The badge shows the overall page status and if all services are operational or not. You can put the badge in a GitHub README file, a website footer, a document page, or a blog post.

The badge comes with snippets that you can easily copy and paste. The snippets are in Markdown and HTML.

Each status page has its own badge. If you manage more than one status page, each page gets a separate badge.
