Our site is monitored but you only notify once#1636

You product works great, but unfortunately people don’t :-) How about sending notices daily if the site is down for days? I misssed your initial email and as a result I only noticed your email when the site was backup; ONE MONTH LATER! The machine needed to be migrated and was not responsive. Of course, I never check; that’s why I use YOUR SERVICE! Come on guys and gals, keep me aware while I’m sleeping. Please consider the option to send daily emails until the site is back up. Hey - actually we have a “Repeat notifications” feature that should serve your need here. You can set it per alert contact per monitor and you should be able to find it inside your monitor settings. Simply go to edit monitor page, find “How will we notify you?” section, next to the alert type you probably see something that says “No delay, no repeat” and click the button next to it :) If you have several team members or integrations you can also find the same button in Integrations & Team tab inside the edit monitor screen again.
