Reorder Ability & Dropdown Enable and disable#1628

I think it would be useful to add the ability to reorder monitors so users can arrange them in the sequence that best matches our workflow, making navigation more intuitive.

Additionally, it would be great to support collapsible monitor groups with expand/collapse functionality. Having the option to keep groups collapsed by default would help reduce clutter and make large lists of monitors much easier to navigate.
