Bug: incorrect display of an active plan for different users#1581

?

Precondition:
We are on a team plan. 2 Users.
User #1: is initial user (who expanded the plan from free to team) authenticated using email. Role: Admin
User #2: user invited after plan was upgraded. Authenticated using Google SSO. Role: Admin

Problem:
User #1 sees a correct subscription plan (Team), payment method and invoices
User #2 sees incorrect subscription plan (Free 50), doesn’t see neither payment method not invoices.
That’s weird and misleading. Role is the same.

Hi there - please make sure your invited user is checking the team you invited them to, instead of their own team that gets created upon sign up. If you did and still have issues, please contact our support team, they will happily assist you.
