Show tags on PSP | Allow multi-group assignment#1571

Currently one can show groups the monitors are in.
But only one group can be assigned to any monitor.

We have apis that serve different groups and would like to show the user that this more general group affects him.

Ideally, one monitor would be assignable multiple groups.
Another approach would be to simply show the tags, which would allow us to create a more general group and assign specific tags.

Tags: Product1, Product2
