We have identified an operational gap where some users will manually pause a monitor during a maintenance window instead of setting a maintenance window to suppress alerts. This leaves us open to having the monitors indefinitely paused, effectively neutering the monitors. We would like the ability to define alerts for when a monitor is in a paused status for a defined window of time so engineers can be alerted to a paused monitor before a real-world downtime incident occurs.
