INVERT a port monitor?#1562

To be honest, I don’t know how something so simple could be missing. There’s nothing in here that inverts a monitor. What if we need to check to make sure something is closed and alert if it opens? We came here because we had a real need for this. Hugely disappointed that we can’t check to make sure a port stays closed.
