Public status page alerts not floating to the top#1540

W

On the monitors tab, when a monitor gives an alert, it jumps to the top of the screen. which is great. But when I’m looking at the public status page, the alerts do not float to the top

If you have a large deployment having to scroll down to see monitors that are alerting is not very efficient. If things go well in my testing next week, I will upgrade to enterprise.

How can we get that changed?

Hi @Wmarlowe - you can change the sorting of the monitors in your status page to be in Down-Up-Paused order. Go into status page settings, navigate to Monitors tab, above the monitors on the right top you should have a dropdown where you can change the sorting order. Let me know if that doesn’t solve your problem.
