Fix issue with assignedAlertContacts in the API#1470

Currently even the example data UptimeRobot provided does not work on their website:
https://uptimerobot.com/api/v3/#post-/monitors

Locally the same issue happens whenever I attempt to create a monitor with assignedAlertContacts. Maybe the schema is wrong? Previously it seemed to be working.
