We need a way to monitor a web page, but instead of searching for a particular keywork, instead just monitoring for any change at all on the page. We have to monitor pages that contain lists of IP addresses, but we don’t know when they will be updated. So if there’s a change, we want the monitor to trigger and then we can take action.
