Monitor group in status page#1428

It’s nice that we can group the monitors, but it would be good if the groups appeared on the status page as a single monitor, and when clicking it you could see the monitors inside the groups.

I would add to that: It would be cool to be able to NOT show the underlying monitors, but only an aggregate group status (same layout as before). This way we could communicate the relevant summary that “The REST-API (the group) is not available” but has been available 99.546 % in the last month, but hide the technical details (and our individual Monitors are many and some times quite technical) from the customers.
