Adjust the warnings for SSL Certi Expiring for CloudFlare certificates#1427

So I always get a message that my certificate wil expire and be renewed - here are some of my monitors:

www.py4e.com
…

These will e renewed by CloudFlare automatically - I think there is a timing problem. You are notifying me some number of days before my cert exipires and a few das later CloudFlare does its renewal. So I get a false positive. I am guessing a lot of folks get this. Perhaps yu shluld not change the nuber of days before you send a message exccept for certs furninged by CloudFlare.

It is no big deal. I know it is a false positive and just ignore them - but you might want to take a look.
