Allow an option to "Add Tags" during monitor creation using API and another option to "Add Tags" using edit monitor api call#1418

Currently uptimerobot doesn’t provide an option to programatically add tags to monitors as API doesn’t provide any option

• Option to “Add Tags” while creating new monitor using newMonitor api call
• Option to “Add Tags” using editMonitor api call
• Option to “Add Tags” in bulk to existing monitors

You should be able to add tags during creation or afterwards using the update endpoint.
